The Squamish Days 8K Run is the 10th race in the Lifestages Lower Mainland Road Race Series. The series features 11 of the best events in the Vancouver area, providing runners of all ages and abilities with the chance to compete against their peers.

The course is an accurately measured fast, flat, out-and-back route with a paved shoulder, minimal traffic and is friendly to wheelchair athletes. There is also a Stroller and Team Division. Post race includes draw prizes, awards and refreshments. Shower facilities available.

No walkers please, all racers must finish in 80 minutes or less.

The “Flashback Mile”, commemorates one of the first runs held in Squamish, This event is popular with kids, but there is also an open adult category – perfect for those just getting into running or those who prefer speed to distance. Post race includes draw prizes, awards and refreshments.

Free Event at Squamish Days Loggers SportsAlways a family favourite, the parade will begin at Vancouver Street, travel up Cleveland Avenue and end at Pemberton Avenue. Bring the family and enjoy the fun! Pets are sometimes spooked by sirens and musical instruments and may be more comfortable at home.
