After months of planning and preparation it seemed as though the rock slide on the Sea to Sky Highway would put a damper on the 51st Annual Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival. However, local residents rallied together and came out in huge crowds to support the Festival.
Every festival event was busy and it was great to see Sea to Sky locals out and enjoying themselves at Squamish Days, which at it's heart is about celebrating Squamish's community spirit and showcasing a piece of our heritage.
This event was made possible by the ongoing support of our amazing sponsors, volunteers, and all the spectators that came out to enjoy a beautiful weekend in Squamish! A huge thank you should also go out to the many Loggers Sports competitors that took the long way to get here, whether by car, boat or plane.
Thank you Squamish for another wonderful year at Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival - see you next year July 31st to August 3rd for another great festival.
