"INTO THE WOODS" ART EXHIBIT OPENING SOIREE

7:00pm - 9:00pm - Squamish Arts Council Building in the Park, 37950 Cleveland Avenue
Squamish Arts Council (SAC) and Squamish Days Loggers Sports Festival present "Into the Woods", a multi disciplinary Art Exhibit featuring local artists creating art works inspired by the unique beauty of our surrounding forests and our logging heritage. Diverse range of works including installations, literary, architectural, painting, sculpture, glasswork, ceramic, textile, jewelry, film and photography.
The Squamish Nation Dance Group, Welh Tima Kexwusem (Skwxw7mesh language for Culture Bringing People Together) will be sharing a blessing and traditional Coast Salish celebration songs and dances. Door prizes and Appetizers will be provided. The exhibit continues for three months at two locations, SAC Artisan Galleries (1336 Main Street) and SAC Building in the Park (37950 Cleveland Ave).
